Hello everyone interested in the upcoming NAR exemption.
It is my opinion that although NAR has obviously made some very stupid strategic mistakes in their negotations so far, the thing is going to happen. None of the people in the know I have talked to really expects the thing to go through before early 2009. This is because NAR has to backpeddle to get the thing rewritten. There is simply too much money to be made by the thing passing for people on both sides of the equation.
I will be talking about all my ideas on this blog. I hope others will add some good feedback over the following months.
